EAT your way through north central Vermont! Maple syrup, apple cider, cheddar cheese and other Vermont specialties are produced (and sampled) on site at numerous sugar houses, creameries and mills, all with informative tours. Ben & Jerry's is a must-munch for traveling epicures.
